RETURNS + EXCHANGES

You can start your return or exchange here.
You may exchange or return your items within 30 days of your order date. We offer free returns and exchanges on all items that have not been worn or washed and have their original tags still attached.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you use our prepaid shipping label for your return, $6.50 will be deducted from your refund. (Return shipping labels for exchanges are free.)
Final Sale items and embroidered items cannot be returned.
A return or exchange request can be submitted within 30 days of your order date.
For exchanges, TiScrubs will provide one free return shipping label for one exchange per original order. Start your exchange here.

If you choose to use your own return shipping label, please insure the package for its value and obtain a receipt with tracking information from the shipping carrier. Mail your return to:

FABRIC + Care
All of our solid color scrubs are made of our unique performance fabric, which has the following properties:
- 93% polyester / 3% Spandex
- 4-way stretch
- Lightweight yet durable
- Soft and smooth
- Antimicrobial
- Moisture-wicking
- Fade-resistant
- Wrinke-resistant
- Doesn't pill*
- Doesn't attract animal fur
- Doesn't shrink (when washed according to our care instructions)
* Pilling is the process that forms small, firm balls of lint on the surface of fabrics.
Our print scrub tops are made of our 4.1 Snag-Resist performance fabric or our Flatback Mesh performance fabric, depending on the style. These fabrics have the following properties:
- 100% Polyester
- Stretchy
- Soft
- Moisture-wicking
- Fade-resistant
- Doesn't shrink (when washed according to our care instructions)
Here's how to care for your scrubs to give them the longest life possible:
Solid Color Scrubs
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Do not use fabric softeners
- Do not bleach
- Remove immediately
- Do not allow to lay flat on itself when wet
- Tumble dry low
- Do not iron
- Do not dry clean
- Do not dry clean
Print Scrub Tops
- Machine wash cold
- Tumble dry low
- Remove immeidately
- Do not bleach
Shipping + Delivery
Orders with a value of $50 or more, placed for delivery within the U.S., are eligible for our Free Shipping option. Typical delivery time for this option is 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from our Kansas City warehouse.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are also eligible for our Free Standard Shipping option. If you select this option, your package should arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00 PM CST will typically ship out the same day.
If you need your order in a hurry, we offer Expedited Shipping options. Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM CST to be eligible for any of the Expedited Shipping methods we offer.

Orders Over $50.00 qualify for our Free Standard Shipping option and are typically delivered within 5 business days.
Expedited Shipping options are available for an extra charge.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Occassionally, we will make exceptions, but you must contact us at help@tiscrubs.com to discuss your specific circumstance.
We offer three Expedited Shipping options:
- Faster Shipping (Delivered in 2-4 business days if ordered by 1:00 pm CST): $ 10.00
- Fastest Shipping (Delivered in 1-2 business days if ordered by 1:00 pm CST): $ 50.00
- Overnight Shipping (Delivered the next business day if ordered by 1:00 pm CST): $100.00. NOTE: This option is not available at checkout. You must contact us at help@tiscrubs.com to request this option.
Payments + Safety
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We do not keep your credit card information on file, so you will need to submit it each time you place an order with us.
