Returns & Exchanges


TiScrubs wants you to be pleased with your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return any item for refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with no makeup, deodorant or any other stains, and with original tags attached. There are no returns or exchanges on custom embroidered items.

Refunds for returns will be issued for the original payment minus the initial shipping cost. Please note it may take a few days to process the refund to your credit card or PayPal account.

Exchanges will be sent if requested items are still in stock after processing; if the requested items are not available, TiScrubs will contact you.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1) Fill out this Returns & Exchanges form, describing the reason for your return and the action you would like TiScrubs to take. The Returns & Exchanges form must accompany all returns.
2) Ship the item(s) back to TiScrubs. For your protection, please send your package using the insured carrier of your choice to:

3) Please allow 10 days to process your exchange, credit or refund.
4) If you have requested an exchange, the exchanged item will ship out free of charge from the TiScrubs warehouse once TiScrubs has received your returned items. Shipping is complimentary for one exchange per order.

TiScrubs guarantees the quality of workmanship and fabrics on garments for up to 120 days from the date of purchase. If the item is defective in any way, return shipping is free and TiScrubs will provide you with a return shipping label. Please contact Customer Support at or call 1.888.847.4642.
